I build software that runs businesses.
I've spent 12+ years as a founder and operator. I built the system that shipped 40,000 orders a year across four marketplaces, and it still runs today. Now I'm putting everything I learned into LeanAtom, a company that builds that same kind of system for other businesses.
The short version
I started an eCommerce company in 2014. It grew fast and I was drowning in the manual work. Orders, inventory, suppliers, shipments, four marketplaces. So I built software to run it for me.
At its peak we shipped over 40,000 orders a year. I lived overseas for five years while it ran. The company still operates today off the systems I put in years ago.
That experience taught me one thing clearly: most businesses are paying people to do work a computer should be doing. The fix isn't more tools or more staff. It's the right system.
That's what LeanAtom does. We find the repetitive, manual work inside your operations and replace it with software that runs itself.
What I believe
Working harder doesn't scale. The right system does the work whether you're at your desk or on a plane.
Sometimes the answer is deleting a step, not adding software. I figure out what actually needs to exist before building anything.
The first piece goes live quickly. You see it working before you spend big. Results over roadmaps.
Not every problem needs AI. But the ones that do (drafting, triaging, flagging, classifying) get dramatically cheaper to solve.
