Who I am

This site is run by James P. Thurn. I build custom software for businesses. This policy covers what happens with your data when you use this website or reach out to me.

What I collect

If you contact me or fill out a form, I collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number (if you provide one)
• Whatever you write in the form or message
• Your answers to the Busywork Audit quiz, including computed results like hours and cost

I do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or ad pixels on this site.

How I use it

• To reply to your message
• To understand your business before we talk
• To send you a proposal if you ask for one

That's it. I do not send spam or marketing emails.

Sharing

I do not sell or share your info with anyone. Your data stays between us.

Where it's stored

Form data is sent via email. Emails live in my inbox, which is protected by two-factor auth. This site is hosted on AWS with HTTPS.

How long I keep it

I keep your message as long as it's useful for our work together. If you want it deleted, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, fix, or delete any data I have about you. Email james@leanatom.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here with a new date.
